Placing an order:

By placing an order from Sand Crazed via Website, Email, Phone, Fax, all Instant Messengers, standard mail, and forums, you agree to and accept all terms and conditions laid out on this page. Furthermore, you acknowledge that you are 18 years and older and agrees to all local, state, and federal laws of the use of such products sold.

Payment:

We accepr Visa, Mastercard, discover, and American Express Shipping Information: We accept verified funds such as Money Order or Cashier’s Checks as an alternate form of payment. We do not accept personal checks. Please call us first so we can give you a total on your items and shipping costs. No sales tax for customers outside the state of Nevada. 7.75% state sales tax is automatically applied to any customer within the state of NV.

Warranty:

All products carry the manufacturer’s warranty only. If you have any questions regarding the warranty of a specific part please contact Sand Crazed before making a purchase. All merchandise is packed carefully before leaving the warehouse. Damaged shipments must be checked while in the presence of the carrier. All claims for damaged or loss goods must be made with the carrier. Keep all shipping cartons and packaging materials for the carrier inspection. We will gladly help with the claim by providing tracking numbers and any paperwork related to the claim. Truck freight shipping. When the receiver signs the delivery receipt, the receiver is signing that all parts arrived in acceptable condition. Please make sure you check the contents of the shipment before signing anything from the freight company that is making the delivery. We are not liable for any damages found after the receiver has signed for the shipment. All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date. All returns must be in original container, unopened, like new, including all paperwork, and must be in resalable condition. Absolutely no refunds on electronics, special order items, and wheels. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is recommended to insure each product shipped back with the freight or shipping company for the value of the replacement part All returns must have an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number provided by Sand Crazed. All returns must have the original invoice and RMA number written on box before it is shipped back to us. All credit will be applied to the customer’s account within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the item at our location. Credit will be applied in the way the initial payment was made. For example, if paid via credit card, we will refund back to the original card. We cannot credit any card besides the original card used.Credit will not be applied to any item that has been installed or that is not in the condition as it was when shipped.

Special Orders:

Special orders may require a deposit or full payment in advance. Once placed, special order products are non-returnable and non-cancelable. NO EXCEPTIONS. Special order items may include extra shipping charges. Special orders may take weeks for delivery and we do not guarantee the delivery date.

Cancellation:

All order cancellations must be made prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped we will not accept any cancellation. If the customer refuses the shipment all return policies will take effect.

Product Liability:

By installing or using any purchased products, the customer is releasing Sand Crazed and all employees of Sand Crazed liable of cause. Most items sold by Sand Crazed are for off-road use only and should not be used on public roads. It is the responsibility of the customer to check local, state, and federal laws before placing an order. Sand Crazed is not responsible for any damage caused by installing or using sold products. Any claim to fault of product must be made with manufacturer. Sand Crazed will provide assistance with paperwork on any part sold. Sand Crazed holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using aftermarket performance products.
